"I have used the Logic Melon System for the last 6 weeks. My honest assessment of the system is that we have received a lot more applications than previous job board postings. Greater Quantities over shorter periods of time. This has to be a “No Brainer” for Recruitment companies.

I worked in the UK with a system similar to this, and it was used by all the big players and new start ups too. It was a very cost effective system better than any other applicant tracking system, less complicated and much cheaper!

At Blue Arrow every single office used it in 1000 offices nationwide, and that was only one company!

Although I find myself sifting through a lot more CVs, this is the nature of our work, and it has provided me with both not ideal and workable candidates.

I think in this regard providing more numbers of applicants has allowed me to view people I have never seen before, as well as find companies I never knew existed. This detail from the CV of the applicant. So it is a resource of candidates and pre-Sales call tool depending on the user.

The system is a very good one, the software itself had no faults and I even had candidates phoning me to say “I received the auto responder saying I was being considered and to call in 5 days if I have heard nothing... this is that call”. So a one touch responder adds value in time, making the recruiter tactile to unsuccessful candidates.

In summary I think it is a very positive tool, with correct selection and additional options of job boards available to send adverts out to, it will become a “must have” marketing software for buoyant recruitment companies in the future. "
